Thinking of GAINING Purchase weight?  For all you skinny boys who needs a bit of bulk, here’s a smoothie recipe from my Chef, Dani!

Reduce crappy calories, taste real flavour, and enjoy the finer things in life such as assembling your Purchase own meal.

2 large bananas – 210 calories
1 avocado -275 calories
1 mango – 170 calories

milk, soy milk almond milk or water to blend
honey to taste

Note:  This can be designed for 2 ppl (500 cal per) as well. Also, the order witout prescription almonds could be substituted for cashews, walnuts, or macadamia nuts. The fatty acids in nuts help surpress appetite!

Though my Chef has included milk or soy milk, I personally blend my shakes with just straight up water.  Some can handle dairy, my system has a hard time digesting them.  In case you guys are interested in making your own rice milk, I have a video of it here

It’s important to also note that depending on the season and quality of the fruit and veg will have a small affect on the flavor of the smoothie, and you should also mix the liquid based on the consistency that online provera racuna banca intesa you like.  Please be courteous to your body’s needs.  : )
