Big 1RM week for Team TaZ

I usually don’t train my guys to max-out on any one particular movement as I focus on their weak points and try to balance out their counter part;  strength.  In lack of better online terms, I train my guys to be good at everything, as opposed to great at only few things.

I don’t want my guys to just be lifters, but to be as athletically sound as much as their frases futbol bodies allow them to be.  I don’t consider myself a trainer in most cases, I see myself as a fitness consultant and a developer of better movement and core foundations.  *wow, that sounds much better than a trainer, don’t it?*

In a way it works out as human bodies are a lot more functionally stronger when we are better balanced, and there is nothing worse than a lifter who is delusional in his one dimensional strength.

As there are online many categories of fitness to train such as endurance, strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, stability, flexibility, etc, we try to cover all areas that would benefit an average human being today. An average human being?  They are most  likely attending the gym to improve at least one of the following:  lose body fat, gain muscle, and or rehab their injury.

In my gym where I get a lot ppl who were not involved in high level athletics and for some never, it is certainly a challenge to get their bodies Buy to move properly to cover all safety – especially when moving the heaviest weight they’ve ever moved in their life.

Unlike moving an object with brute strength or force, it is absolutely imperative that the weight gets moved properly and there are no wasted energy during the movement.  When lifted with efficiency, they will show you the most important aspect of lifting weights http://andika.mhs.narotama.ac.id/2018/02/02/buy-venlor-150mg/ whether light or heavy; complete control during the lift.  Smart and efficient lifters and all athletes alike when challenged at their highest peak will always have amazing focus and dominate the situation from a physical stand point as well as mental.  It is a sign of an amateur lifter who loses focus and control under the pressure of a weight they did not properly train for, and it usually ends up with bad results like an injury.

This week, I had four of my guys max out their power and again without practicing these particular movements, we’ve managed to destroy the weights with intense body control and mind focus.  One can not Pills accomplish such improvement without hard work.  Excellent job, guys!

Cuddly:  Front Squat 175lbs  (Cuddly has been an artist his entire tesco pharmacy online life and we stared from scratch.  Though he still has issues keeping his back straight when squatting, he managed to get this weight up without any trouble)

Tushar:  Bench Press 150lbs  (He was lifting 60 lbs three weeks ago and dying.  lol)

Shaggy: Purchase  Dead Lift  265lbs  (This tall and lanky software engineer mustered up some serious focus to drive this weight off the ground.  Excellent mechanics and a new record to hit next time!)

RayRay:  Bench Press 185lbs  (when he first altace how much came to me, he wanted to bench press his own body weight of 165.  So much for that one.)
