Hopefully you guys can get an idea of different varieties of ladder drills to take with you. Footwork drills should be done with control before speed at all times. Try time based drills with minimum break time, or other exercises such as ab crunches between the ladder running time for active recovery. Three to Six sets of each with full control and speed (in that cheap viagra 100mg order) should be exhausting!
